Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Care: Provide high-quality endodontic services, including root canals, retreatments, and other specialty procedures.
- Patient Education: Educate patients about their dental health, treatment options, and post-procedure care.
- Collaboration: Work closely with our clinical and administrative team to ensure the best patient care and treatment outcomes.
- Leadership: Provide guidance and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a collaborative and positive environment.
- Procedures: Perform thorough treatment with state-of-the-art equipment, ensuring patient comfort and satisfaction.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate patient records and treatment plans in compliance with practice protocols.
- Continuous Learning: Engage in ongoing education to stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in endodontics and dental care.
Qualifications
- Education: Doctor of Dental Surgery (DDS) or Doctor of Dental Medicine (DMD) from an accredited dental school.
- License: Active Endodontist license in the state of practice.
- Experience: Solid clinical skills in endodontics, with at least 1-2 years of experience preferred.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Team-Oriented: Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive team.
